Services at the Diplomart

At the Brussels Tri-Mission Diplomart, we’re proud to offer more than just everyday essentials — we also provide convenient services that support the unique needs of our Embassy, USEU, and NATO communities. Here’s what we currently offer:

🧺 Dry Cleaning with 5àSec

We’ve partnered with 5àSec to make dry cleaning easy. Drop off your items at the store, and we’ll handle the rest. Pickup and delivery happen weekly — no need to make a special trip into town.

Currently pickup is on Thursday at 09:30.

🛒 Commissary Special Orders

Looking for something specific from the Commissary? We’re happy to help. You can place an order for up to 10 items through the Diplomart, and we’ll arrange pickup on your behalf. A great way to save time and streamline your errands.

💇 Haircuts by Appointment

Our in-house hairstylist, Phillipe Menton, is available every Tuesday and Thursday to provide haircuts by appointment. This service is open to the entire Tri-Mission community — book your spot early as slots fill quickly.

📱 Orange Mobile Service Assistance

While we no longer coordinate new mobile service with Orange due to the transition to eSIMs, we’re happy to assist existing customers with service termination. Just email the store for support.

💡 Services We’re Exploring

We’re always looking for ways to bring more value to our community. Some services under consideration include:

• Shoe repair drop-off/pick-up
• Tailoring or alterations via local partners
• Pop-up services (massages, seasonal gift wrapping, etc.)
