Kickstart Your 2026 Fitness Goals! Join us for an invigorating one-hour group fitness circuit class designed to keep you motivated throughout the year! Sign up now and take advantage of a fully equipped gym reserved just for us. You will navigate through a well-structured fitness circuit featuring plyometrics, calisthenics, weights, cardio, and more and will receive individual guidance to make the most of every move. Compete against your personal best or challenge a teammate!
Class Details:
- Fee: €15, payable only through this link (insert link) *The first ten participants to pay will receive a personalized fitness assessment!
- Eligibility: Open to all community members aged 14 and up
- Fitness Levels: All levels are welcome. Exercises will be tailored to suit your abilities.
What to Bring:
- Arrive in your workout attire—choose comfortable clothing and supportive gym shoes.
- Don’t forget to bring a towel, water bottle, and any other items you might need for a comfortable experience.
Spaces are limited, and no refunds will be issued.*The first ten participants to pay will receive a personalized fitness assessment using the InBody machine, which provides detailed body composition data including skeletal muscle mass, total and segmental body fat, visceral fat level, body water distribution, phase angle, and basal metabolic rate, allowing precise progress tracking and individualized coaching
Lynnette Lopez, a dedicated community member, has been taking classes with AKAMOVE for nearly three years. Along with CLO, she will be the point of contact for this event.
About:
AKAMOVE is a gym that's run and owned by brothers Mazul and Malik Akhmedov, award winning fitness experts specialized in Street Workouts and members of WSWCF, the World Street Workout Federation-representing Belgium for two years. The brothers hosted a fitness show on RTBF (French language Belgian Television) to get people moving, no matter their circumstances and were thus inspired to open their own gyms. In 2023, they were named one of the 10 remarkable Belgians by the King of Belgium. They have worked as wrestling coaches for the Brussels Eagles and qualified for the semi finals of Ninja Warrior France ( 2018 ). They now manage two fitness spaces in Brussels, AKVMOVE Schuman and AKVMOVE Royal.
